Overview
Homecrete Homes builds on lots its buyers already own, either as a fully custom design-build or starting from one of its customizable plans. Homecrete describes itself as “locally based since 2003”, says it is a “TWO time winner of the TCBA Builder of the Year Award”, and uses the motto “We build your home, not ours.”
Homes come in three levels that Homecrete calls Standard, High Performance and Solar Assisted, with optional performance packages including Energy Star/Indoor airPLUS, a generator and Key West. Homecrete publishes 31 plans of 1,335 to 4,954 sq ft with 3 to 6 bedrooms, and shares pricing on request.
