Build on Your Lot is a scattered-lot program, not a single subdivision: you build on land you own (or RJM helps you find a homesite). There is no lot inventory or plat.

Overview

RJM Custom Homes' Build on Your Lot program lets buyers build on land they already own, or RJM can help find a homesite. Buyers can design a home from scratch or customize one of RJM's floor plans.

RJM says it has built in Port St. Lucie since 1995 and serves Palm Beach, Martin, Okeechobee and St. Lucie Counties “for over 30 years”. Its Port St. Lucie page notes 1/4-acre and 1/2-acre lots and 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes, with custom designs available.
